Hi there!
The Wagner Falls Scenic Site is located directly along side a main road so the parking is easy!
It’s also a short hike to Wagner Falls (if you even call it a hike), so it’s also easy to get pretty photos of waterfalls!
When you are looking for the Wagner Falls parking, the National Park Service cautions you to be careful when entering and leaving the parking area as M-94 curves in this location.
Wagner Falls is not a part of a national park, and is actually a part of the Michigan state park system, but it is an easy waterfall to see if you will be going to any of the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore waterfalls, since it is located pretty nearby!
If you’re chasing waterfalls in the UP, the Wagner Falls might be worth putting on your list!
Wagner Falls is located in Munising.
So if you are going to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, then Wagner Falls can be a side trip.
It can be a perfect part of the drive from Munising to Marquette.
Cost of visiting Wagner Falls
The spot is officially called the Wagner Falls Scenic Site, and it’s a part of Michigan State Parks.
And even though this is a Michigan state park site, the Michigan state park pass (aka the Michigan recreation passport) isn’t necessary either.
This means that this is a FREE waterfall spot.
But, if you want to make a donation, there’s a place to do so!
