Where to see a cute Hawaiian church in Hawaii on the island of Maui
1. Makena

The Keawalai Church is in Makena of South Maui.
From the town of Kihei to the Maui church is around a 15 minute drive. (map)
You can go to this Hawaiian church of Makena on your way to some of Maui’s best snorkeling spots, beaches, and/or a lava fields hike!

This Hawaiian church near Kaupo is on the back road to Hana!
This means that you will want to do some research before deciding if you want to go here!
If you do make it here, you may just well be all alone!
It will be a very quiet and tranquil stop on the (back) road to Hana, with views of the ocean.
I stayed for a couple of nights at the Kipahulu campground in Haleakala National Park, and made a day of it walking the back road to Hana to Kaupo, with the Hawaiian church along the way.
