What to know about Hanawi Falls on Maui’s Road to Hana

So when you come across Hanawi Falls on the Road to Hana, it can basically give you a chance to see multiple waterfalls in a single location! And it’s easy to see the waterfalls from the bridge.

These are waterfalls that you’ll be able to see (at least part of) from your car as you’re driving over a bridge on the Hana Highway.

But you might want to park and get out of the car for a closer look at the waterfalls! There are limited parking spots on both sides of the bridge.

So for Hanawi Falls, there’s an upper falls and a lower falls.

The lower falls aren’t really publicly accessible.

The upper Hanawi Falls are what you’ll be able to see, and with just a little bit of effort the upper falls are what you’ll be able to get closer to.
