Hi there!
Is May too early for a cruise to Ketchikan?!
In short, NO!
I went to Ketchikan in May and below is what is what it was like for me!
Well, this is just 2 days in Ketchikan out of 31 days in May. 😆
But those 2 days in Ketchikan in May were both sunny!
That said, anything goes in Alaska!
And that includes Ketchikan in May!
As “they” say, weather can change quickly in Alaska!
Pictures of Ketchikan in May
I went to Ketchikan in May, and I had a perfect time going to Totem Bight State Park, Misty Fjords National Monument, Creek Street, Saxman Park, and… doing a snorkeling excursion in Ketchikan in May!!! (Yes!!! 🤣)

My plan for Ketchikan cruise port:

- late afternoon: Creek Street on my own
