The Pearl Harbor National Memorial as a whole is dedicated to remembering the lives lost when tragedy occurred at Pearl Harbor on island of Oahu in Hawaii.

This is a United States national memorial, as designated by the National Park Service.

It’s also listed as the World War II Valor in the Pacific National Monument.

The Tree of Life relief was designed and built as a part of the original structure of the USS Arizona Memorial.

The architect of the USS Arizona Memorial offered this symbol of renewal to inspire contemplation in visitors to the memorial.
