Hi there!
If you want to get right in the middle of the Marco Island shoreline, then the Winterberry beach access might be the best public access to a Marco Island beach!
The 2 main beach public access paths are on the far south end public beach access and the far north end public beach access.
And if you want a middle public access near a parking lot, you can go to the Winterberry beach access!

👆 Marco Island shells! You can go shelling on Marco Island at Winterberry Beach.
There is no “public” parking lot that the City of Marco Island or Collier County manages near the Winterberry beach access, but there is a private parking lot open to the general public.
The Turtle Lot is where to park if you want to go to a Marco Island beach from the Winterberry beach access!

I found the Turtle Lot to be an easy and convenient Marco Island beach access spot for a Marco Island sunset. (Although, it was by chance that I ended up here!)
From the Turtle Lot parking lot, you will walk a few minutes down the road to get to the Winterberry public beach access!
The Turtle Lot is just a short walk of less than 5 minutes away from the Winterberry beach access.
